Ducks Coach Adam Oates is the talk of his peers for what he has done in Anahiem. With his team at the top with San Jose many people are givig him two thumbs up. A modest man he gives the credit to his players and his boss GM Nielson. Oates stated wen asked about the great start "When you have on of the best goalies in the world between the pipes it is hard to go wrong." He went on to say "When GM Nielson made the two key aquisitions, Luongo  and Doan, this team got leadership. And Ladd is not to bad either, going at a 50+ goal and 130+ point pace."
