Flyers Take The Series In Five

The Flyers have advanced to the East Final, 

Opening up the second round, the flyers jumped out to a 3-0 series Lead. 

With plenty of scoring and strong defense the Flyers built a 3-0 series lead, with plenty of help from there top nine forwards and strong goaltending from Rinne the Flyers struck often. 

moving on to game four the Flyers came out strong but the Caps seemed to take advantage on many opportunities, taking the play to the Flyers to make it a series. 

Game Five back in Philly in front of the Philly Faithful, The Flyers pulled off a huge game five win to put an end to the Caps season. 

The Flyers will now take on the Leaf’s in the East final on there quest for the Cup. 

Flyers GM Had this to say "The team came together in round two against the caps and played very well, Plenty of scoring and Horns (Hornquist) had some clutch goals, Rinne played very well and our scoring was evident"  props to the entire team for a completed se4ries win, we now have some time between series to rest up and get some game film in, we will be watching the Leaf’s closely in the film room this week" 

Flyers look to open up against the leaf’s in game one with a full and healthy line up.
