New caps GM looking to start the trading inquiries

With the season being so young still and having so many games at hand to catch up in the standings, I'm not entirely sure yet if this club (as is) will get the job done.

Everyone is on the block but only deals that make sense to help this team in the long term will be made. No UFA's and nobody over 30 will be coming my way.... (unless i see the benefit of keeping such a player) The better the player, the more in return i'd expect, especially for the top 6 guys and top 3 dmen on the squad... Budaj is probably the one to go first if approached for one of the goalies. any regular player or depth guy can be traded for par pieces or if my depth permits, then picks and prospects.... (again keeping in mind the minimum cap # if one exists)
