Radulov and other possibilities?

Based on a recent  msg in the forum, it appears as though radulov will get to play for 1 season and has a rating. Based on other leagues, he's rated 70-71 so he'll be a good addition to a team that is one piece away or needs a temporary hole to be plugged before the next star arrives on their club next yr...      The commish said i could keep him but i wont and am looking for a low 2nd pick for his rights and would give up a 3rd to upgrade to a first... (doesnt matter if its 30th or whatnot) or I'd take a prospect and give up the 3rd to trade up as another possibility.

If anyone else interests you, please pm and lets see if we can make a deal. I will explore any type of offer if it makes us better or more competitive now and going forward.
