Hawks finalize roster with shocking deal
2017-10-16Chicago finalized its roster today sending a ton of players to the farm and move one of its longest tenured players. Logan Couture, who had spent his entire career with the team was dealt to Columbus in exchange for Mark Jankowski, Vladislav Namestnikov and a 1st round pick. With that move the team released the following roster for the season:

No real surprises on the roster save for maybe Brady Skjei opening the season in the minors, a move made due to him not having to clear waivers. The team now holds a ton of cap space and many speculate another big move may be in the works.
