The Senators welcome fan favorite Carey Price!

Busy night yesterday!  Gm Prach concludes 5 trades that will have a huge impact today and in the near future. Lots of sacrifices have been made... Schneider, Elliott, bartschi, caron, trivino, ellerby, hayes, mcginn, scandella, smith, greening, Raymond have all find a new home in the past 24 hours...

¨First of all, the Senators organisation is very proud to welcome fan favourite Carey Price, Jack Johnson, Alexander Burmistrov and Adam Larsson. These four guys will be part of the core that we try to create for this team. They are young, talented and the potential is still huge. Like I said earlier, we are not trying to completely rebuild the team. That would make no sense, we have a good team and we believe that bringing Price make us contender for the cup. I know we sacrifice a lot, but if you want get someone, you need to pay, sometime too much, but it’s a risk I’m ready to take. To be honest Elliott, Schneider, smith, Bartchi were tough to let go...Kind of player that I like a lot.¨
