Eastern Conference Finals Showdown!!!

   Tampa, FL, (AP)-  Well it's on the battle of the Sunny Seaside is set to take place. The Tampa Bay Lightning will square off against Division/Conference Rivals Florida Panthers to see who will be representing the Eastern Conference for the MRFHL Stanley Cup. The two clubs have battled all season for the division title and in the end Florida edge them out. Florida has had some tough battles enroute to this match-up, in the first round they faced-off against the New York Islanders we're they got one heck of a challenge. In the end the Panthers won the series in 7 games. The in the semi-finals the Panthers had there worked cut out for them as the took on the mighty Ottawa Senators where again they battled for the win and took the series in 6 games. Bobby Ryan and Sidney.Crosby are the leading scorers for the Rabid Panthers, Ryan has 14pts and Crosby 12pts,protecting the twine Jonathan Quick who has quietly played stellar posting a 2.29 GAA with a .927 Sv Pct 0 SO.

    The Tampa Bay Lightning  had a different drive to this conference Final. In the first round they took the Mighty New York Rangers and they played them tough as they each won an Over Time game and the Bolts battled it out to take theseries in 6 games. The Conference Semi-Finals saw us draw the High Flying New Jersey Devils who had come off a huge game 7 series come back win to take out the top seeded Philadelphia Fylers to the dissmay of Philly fans. New Jersey looked to be on cloud 9, but they faced off against the Tampa Bay Lightning. The first game saw the Lightning take the wings out of the Devils sails as the man handled the Devis with a 6-2 victory to take a 1-0 series lead. The next three contest would see the clubs go to overtime 3 straight games with the Devils taking 1win and the Bolts taking 2 wins and a commanding 3-1 in the series. The final game was a one goal game and the Bolts took it and the series in 5 games. James.Wisniewski, David.Bolland and M.A. Bergeron have lead the way for the Bolts. Wiz has 15pts Bolland and Bergeron each have 13 pts,  Barricading the nets goalie Pekka Rinne has been a Monster for the Bolts posting a 2.23 GAA with a .932 Sv Pct and 1 SO.

   Both of the clubs know what on the line here and both of them want badly, this should be a very exciting series and give some scares and shockers back and fourth.Fans are going to be packing these areana's solid to watch as these two battle for the opportunity at the Cup and bragging rights in the Sunny lands of which they play in.  It will bedifficult to obtain tickets for these contest and this all fans alike anticipating the battle of Sunny Florida. LETS GET READY TO RUMBLE!!!!
