Rangers re-sign Ryane

The New York Rangers have announced that they have come to terms with versatile winger Ryane Clowe on a contract extension. Terms of the deal were not released, however we have in on good authority that the length is 4 years.

"With the type of team we want to put out on the ice, game in and game out, we felt that Clowe is a young man that can provide a nice bit of physicality while also being more than capable of handling top 6 minutes. He's a guy that is enthusiastic about the style of play that we employ and feel that his skill set blends very nicely with either Kopitar and or Filppula."
