Quiet - Before The Storm

2013-12-03

The Bruins opened the first 27 games of the 2013-14 MRFHL season going 10-15-2 and sit at the bottom of the entire league. Boston Bruins President and General Manager is feeling the heat from a very impatient group of fans. When asked about the teams performance over the first third of the season he made no excuses. "This is embarassing. Every one of our players should be looking in the mirror. We have some talents players and this roster is better than its performing."  Many of the die-hard Bruins fans have seen enough and are calling for the head of coach Claude Julien. It seems his tenure in Boston will be coming to a close unless he can turn this ship around. As for the players it seems they are not safe either. "We might need to make more than just a coaching change to turn this ship around." GM Valente was hear shouting at a fan during the most recent 4-3 loss to the NY Rangers. With the Maple Leafs in town this game could prove to be the nail in the coffin for the head coach and the tipping point of bigger organizational changes.
