Sharks Add Depth

The new sharks GM did not waste anytime in the hot seat as he looks to be fitting in nicely.

Early friday morning Peltier moved veteran gaolie Pekka Rinne to the New York Rnagers in exchange for Jannik Hansen and Ryan Murphy.

Peltier was reached via phone and had this to say.

"' I had made contact with Rinne regarding our goaltending situation and had explained that he may not see much ice time in the near future, he requested a trade and we had two teams that were interested''

''We feel that this was a great time to move him and we took that opportunity, We wish Rinne all the best in the Big Apple''
