Calgary Flames Seeking Legal Action Against Panthers GM?

It has been know for quite a while now that Florida Panthers GM Dylan Bettman has been trying to poach the Calgary Flames Scouting Staff and has been unsuccessful in doing so on multiple occasions without the permision of Flames GM Derek Loftus he has made contact with the staff when asked for comments GM Loftus had this to say "We feel that Florida has some sort of misconception as our scouting staff has turned down every meeting with the Panthers GM frankly we are furious that he would pursue trying to snatch our scouting staff as we have warned him multiple times they simply are not available, We are talking to our lawyers as we speak and most definetly looking to press charges against the Panthers GM commonly known as Dylan Bettman".
