Kyle Liboiron takes over as Flyers' GM

The new Flyers' GM brings a few assets to the declining team in Philadelphia. He will attempt to use his vast hockey knowledge, combined with his 3 years experience running three successful Sim Leagues to retool, rebuild and redefine the Philadelphia Flyers. The Flyers have some bright spots in Krejci, Hanzal, Lucic, Oshie, Johansson, Chara, Yandle Boychuk, and Demers, however after those players, the depth falls off real quick. After looking at the competition, the new Flyers' GM has decided to do a complete rebuild. We managed to get a statement out of him regarding who is available and he said; "I'm here for one purpose, and that's to build a contender. Right now, we're far from it, no one is safe."

That tells you a few things. Not only will he be seeking prospects and draft picks, he will be actively shopping every single player on his roster.
