Jets bring in some Weight!

The Winnipeg Jets have fired Coach Dave Cameron, as the team choose to bring in some "Weight".

Doug Weight was hired as the New Head Coach for the Jets.  As the Club keeps making changes to their Franchise.

"Doug Weight has been on our radar for a little while.  We thought now was the right time to bring him in before someone else snags him.  We think he he will be a good fit for our team and welcome him to Winnipeg."  Says Schurman

"Its great to get a coaching job in a great Canadian City.  I am looking forward to coaching the Jets and getting to know all of there players and coaching them.  This team is re tooling and its got some good youth and picks in the orgainization that should make this club competitive for a number of years."  Says Weight.

Expect more changes to come before Trade Deadline in Winnipeg.  Rumor has it that since GM Tank brought in some "Weight"  he had to move out some as well.  Lucic seems to be packing his bags for Ottawa.
