Flyers Opening Up For The Cup

2020-04-14

With a little over 4 hours to go before puck drop in Philly this eveing, the star studded line up that has been built from the ground up is ready for a big test in round 1 of the MRFHL Playoffs.

The Flyers go head to head this evening against the wings.

For the flyers this trip is much more, last year they just sqeeked in to the playoff picture bucking out in the second round. But lets be honest that team was not put together to even make a playoff appearance.

General Manager of the Flyers Mat Peltier had this to say. "we are pleased with the results of the team and how we have progressed this season, we have made many solid moves over the past three seasons to get us to where we are at today, Today is a greatd ay to be a Flyers fan"

When the Flyers GM Took over three years ago the team was in a very rough postion, many UFAs upcoming and no picks or proscts in the pipeline. He has made many moves to bulster the lineup and get the team in the position they are in. first in there divion and second in the conference.

GM Peltier " The team and coaching staff made this happen, i just provided the parts to make the machine run, Banner raising year, this is huge for Philly and our fans"

Although its really a cinderella type story, The Philly faithfull will be out on the town this evening, Gritty has already started to plan the after party celebration after game 1 this evening.
