Coaches Fired in Washington and Hershey
2021-06-08A little more than a month has gone by since GM Slocum has taken over the Capitals. He said there would be significant changes withing the organization and we saw that with the recent dealings he has made. But today one more step has taken placed, Lindy Ruff and Troy Mann were both relieved of their duties. Gm Slocum took no time to name their replacements. Kirk Muller will be taking over the Capitals and Ulf Samuelsson will be head coach of the Bears.
Slocum said that with all of the plaer changes that are planned for the organization it only made sense that the coaches change. We needed to change the whole organizations policies and processes and Kirk and Ulf are the perfect match going forward.
