Rangers address RW?

A day after announcing that the Rangers have signed both Hal Gill and Jochen Hecht, and proclaiming that they were looking into the possibility of adding a RW via Trade, there's rumors that a trade has been made to acquire that RW in exchange for short time Ranger Wojtek Wolski.

"I am not at liberty to openly discuss these things until the league has approved any such transactions other than to confirm that yes, we have a trade in place that would be seeing the youngster Wojtek Wolski, moving on. Who we get will be announced at a later date."

When asked about the thought process behind the transaction, GM Phil Grote was quick to point to the teams depth on the right wing behind Corey Perry

"While we think very highly of Corey Perry, he can't possibly play the RW for all four lines. We needed to get some balance throughout the roster and if you are expecting to fill a need with a capable player, you will have to part with an equally capable player. We were very much looking forward to having Wolski in the line-up this coming season, but we are very excited about the young man we have coming in as he plays a very physical in your face style. He's solid at both ends of the ice, he's got some very good hands and teams will know that they played the Rangers once the game has been completed."
