Sens' Weiss is two-way specialist 2010-10-21 (AP) When it comes to playing twenty plus minutes a game, killing penalties, taking a regular shift on the second line, and winning a key face-off in the defensive end, Ottawa Senators coach Terry Murray knows whose shoulder he should tap--Stephen Weiss. Weiss is a solid two-way player, putting up points on the scoreboard and shutting down the opponent's top center on defense. "Stevie is a top player for us, one of our best," Murray told this reporter. "He is a smart player who always seems to know where the play is going. We know he won't score as much as (Nicklas) Backstrom, but he could a first line center on many teams in MRFHL."
