Spezza sees way to divisional rival

As GM Rod Edwards stated the time for games was over and less than 24 hours after perrenial defencemann Brent Burns found himself on a plane to Los Angeles Jason " Goofy " Spezza finds him self on a greyhound to New Yorks Big Apple. We wish Goofy all the luck in the world and as of now it is definately official, "We Are Rebuilding" and lots of other deals are expected in the near future.

Why a divisional rival ?  SIMPLE  Return vs Comfort, Return wins everytime. We feel it was more important for the Devils to think about 2 3 seasons down the road and not the immediate future where Jason can come back to hurt us a few more times than Los Angeles will, however if I could have sent him to Vancouver or Hawaii , I would have !

IN return the Devils got Possible Sniper Matt Moulson, Rugged defenceman Robin Regehr and little known prospect with possible huge upside Zac Dalpe

We believe we got a ghood deal for Jason and now we can move on.
