Bolts make deadline deals!!

  Tampa Bay, FL, (AP)- Trade was MRFHL deadline day and the Tampa Bay Lightning we're players make three deals. Leaving the Tampa Bay organization is popular defencemen Dan.Boyle, LW Kristian.Huseluis, propsect Jared.Staal and TB5th round draft pick in the 2012 entry draft. Both Dan and Kristian will be greatly missed both have done alot for this organization and have been here when the team was tops in the league. Both have been adcid in the community and helpful with the guidence of young players entering the organization. We wish both the best of luck with the future. You never know they may be back one day, strange things do occur!!

   Now what did the Bolts get in return, well coming to sunny Tampa will be young up and coming defencmen Micheal.DelZotto, Left Winger Dan Carcillo, LW Paul.Kariya,D-Man Henrik.Tallinder, D-man Alec.Martinez, two 2nd round one 3rd round draft pick  in 2011 and another 3rd round draft pick in the 2012 entry draft. Paul will be finsihing his career here in Tampa and give a veteran pressance and leadership skills. It'll be a treat to have Paul here he will help still and make the rest of the season Fun for the guys! We also bring Agitator Lw Dan Carcillo who add a great deal of grit to this team for the rest of this season and next! Henrik will be a vet for the bottom 3 dmen and a mentor to Mike Lundin for the rest of the season, Young DelZotto will see his playing time along side Nicklas Kronwall. We feel he will help develop Micheal game to even higher levels! Adding Alec gave us much needed depth on Defence for next season and beyond, next season back end is as solid as any in the league!

Gm Zelichowski did rell us he had severals discussions reguarding moving a netminder mainly Star Pekka Rinne. He said there was some interesting names thrown his way and it will more then likly occur in the off-season or come draft time. He stated he wants to be sure when he does a deal involving RInne as he needs to make sure it strengthens his organization , now and into the future. He really isn't obligated too move either Rinne or Anderson but it sure is nice to have that luxury to help improve a club. he wouldn't comment on teams he spoke with but he did state he didn't regret moving him yet.

The Draft picks add to what we did at last years draft as we stocked pilled good youth, and filled the cupboards and will continue to do just that at this draft as we add more depth of youngster to the organization. There is a good bunch of prospects in this organization to look foward too. Lokitonov, Wilson, Ashton, Watson, Forbert just to name a few!
