Oilers fall Short

The Oilers lost out last night in Game 7 in Colorda.  The Oilers who were up 2-0 in the series, let the Aves get right back into it.  Every team won on the Road, until Game 7. Where the Aves got there first home win of the playoffs. The Oilers were hoping to get 1 more road win to advance.

"Well this is very dissapointing, we had control of the series, we were even up 3-2 in the Series.  Unable to finish against a good Aves team. They have a talented team, but we thought we could advance to the Next Round and try for a good cup run. Loosing out in the 1st round is very disspointing. I don't have much to say right now, i'll take the Summer to evaluate my team and make some changes this summer. Hard to say right now what changes will be made, but before opening season, there could be a few changes in Edmonton." Says Schurman.
